1. EF Travel Services staff

We’ll send you a complete pre-departure kit that includes local information, packing tips and a detailed pamphlet on all the services at your EF school. Our in-house travel agencies can handle all your arrangements, from scheduled flights with leading airlines to onward transfers to your EF school.

2. EF School Director

If you’re studying in EF Boston, one of your first acquaintaces will be the school’s director, who makes it a point to get to know each of her students personally. All of the staff at your EF school is on-hand throughout the day to answer questions, solve problems and provide support. Every EF school is connected via our worldwide communications network. That means we can be in immediate contact with EF staff 24 hours a day.

3. EF Teachers

We only hire trained, native-speaking teachers. And we always limit our class sizes to an average of 12-15 students (maximum 17). This ensures that your teachers can respond to your individual strengths and weaknesses. A proper mix of group interaction and personal attention accelerates every student’s achievement.

4. EF Activities Director

When classes are over for the day your Activities Director takes over. They've got a full week of activities planned out, from international football tournaments and karaoke nights to weekend excursions to exciting cities. Wherever you study with EF, the local activities staff is dedicated to showing you the very best of your host country-and ensuring that you have a great time.

5. EF Accommodations Manager

Long before you arrive, the Accommodations Manager has interviewed and visited your EF host family to ensure you feel right at home. Every EF course includes comfortable accommodation and a weekly meal plan. Most locations offer a choice of at least two housing options. Regardless of which lifestyle suits you best, you’ll be living around native speakers and immersing yourself in local customs and culture-and putting your language skills to use!

6. EF University Placement staff

Jump-start your future with a degree from an English-speaking university. EF's trained staff offer guaranteed placement in a university or career training program. We'll take you through the entire process, from selection and application to interview and acceptance. You can even take a special EF University Preparation Course designed to prepare you for your university experience.
