EF Interview Leader

Are you interested in becoming a part of our interview leader team who screens and tests prospective exchange students? We meet and talk with both students and parents, inform them about all ins and outs of an exchange experience. We also ask questions, collect their applications and test their language skills. We do this to determine if the student would be a good junior ambassador for our country abroad and be able to have a rewarding experience, as well as to give the student and parents the opportunity to get to know EF and the program better and to ask any questions they might have before deciding to spend a year abroad. This is a very important and central role in the preparation of both students and parents. Become a part of our team today and start to make a difference.

You will complete a thorough training before you start, making sure you feel confident in performing your new responsibilities. Once a year, EF staff and interview leaders participate in a conference to discuss program updates, interview procedures and other current topics. You will also have regular support from our office staff and be able to meet and communicate with other interview leaders in your country.
